Your Role

As a training instructor, you will be an important part of our Training Team, where you and ten colleagues are responsible for planning and executing training and demonstrations for our customers globally. In this role, you will also contribute your expertise to our development organization in matters related to military operations and simulator-based training, and help shape the future training courses by designing and developing content that makes a real difference.

Your work includes acting as a system operator during both national and international customer exercises, and you will represent the company at demonstrations and trade fairs where you will have the opportunity to meet users and partners. You are also responsible for ensuring that our demonstration facility and its equipment always meet the highest standards, so that every visit is a positive and professional experience.

The role involves international travel, with approximately 60-100 travel days per year, where you will have the opportunity to meet new people and further develop. Your Profile

We are looking for someone who values good collaboration as much as we do, and who thrives in an environment where knowledge is shared and everyone helps each other. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and take great responsibility for your tasks. You have a technical interest and keep yourself updated on our product range and its development, to ensure high quality in every demonstration.

You have a positive attitude that becomes particularly important when representing our company during customer visits or trade fairs. Furthermore, we believe that you enjoy standing in front of people and feel comfortable giving presentations to both international and national customers.

To succeed, we believe you have:

• A military background, preferably as a professional officer, and experience in simulator-based training.
• Very good knowledge of English and Swedish.
• Experience in planning and leading training and educational activities.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
